ARH was the civil design engineer for the new Cumberland County Technical School, performing all design, survey, permitting, and bidding This nearly $70 million project was completed for the 2016-2017 school year.
This two-story building includes a media center, technical lab, food service wing, fully integrated instructional classrooms, a fitness center that will be open to the public, a greenhouse, offices, a TV studio, gymnasium and basketball courts, as well as three new multipurpose athletic fields. The new site will serve as the county’s first full-time technical education center.
ARH performed stormwater design, permitting, site design, utility design, survey, bidding services, and inspection for the site, parking lots, and fields.
